The cylinder kits in our company are manufactured according to the standard of original parts of the engine. All the indexes of our product conform to the requirements of the original engine, such as the cooperation between cylinder liner and piston, piston pin and piston pin hole, piston ring and piston ring groove, as well as weight difference of pistons in the same engine, etc. Our product will realize the ideal effect if it is installed, used and maintained correctly. In order to ensure the performance of the engine and avoid accidental faults, users should respect the related regulations in the engine instructions. The following instructions of the cylinder kits are the supplement and restatement to the engine instructions.

Installation Preparation
After the old cylinder kits are demounted, the related parts in the engine that affect the installation of the cylinder kits or that are possible to cause faults should be cleaned, inspected and maintained. Details are as follow.
1. Users should remove the carbon deposit, scale deposit and other settlings on the surface, in the passageway and in the firebox about the engine and the cylinder head. Pay more attention to the cleanliness of the contact surface, users should clean the holes and the rabbet stage surface of the cylinder liner. If the surface is scuffed accidently, it should be mended without bulge. After cleaning, users should inspect every part, which needs to be mended or replaced if the rabbet stage surface is not tidy or not perpendicular to the engine hole, even not paralleled with the engine surface, the engine or the cylinder head deforms or has cracks or is broken and other defects. If there is nozzle for cooling piston on the engine, the nozzle should be inspected and protected carefully. In the cylinder boring process, the technology should meet the requirement to pervert the influence on installation of cylinder liner and the partial cylinder after installation.
2. Inspect whether the connecting rod and crankshaft deform or not. They are should be corrected or replaced if there are bent or broken or the small end liner of the rod is worn.
3. Clean and inspect the new cylinder kits. After being unpacked, every part of the cylinder kits should be washed to get rid of the pickling oil and leftover on the surface. If there are some bulge parts, flash burr and scratches, the product should be repaired and maintained to be smooth, especially the shoulder of the cylinder liner and its edge, the piston ring groove side and its edge. Every cylinder liner should be inspected carefully whether it has some cracks caused by delivery or other elements. If there are cracks, the cylinder liner can not be used, or it will lead to accidents. In the unpacking, cleaning, inspecting and repairing process, the components packed in kit, like cylinder liner and piston, should be separated with other kits of parts, as well as can not be exchanged.

Installation Procedures and Precautions
1.As for the wet cylinder liner, users should install it in the engine hole without water blocking ring firstly. Press the cylinder liner tightly from the upper end, and then measure the distance difference between the bulge part on the upper head face over the engine level and the space between two neighboring cylinders. The data should be accordance with the regulations in the instructions of this type engine. Then the water blocking ring should be installed on the cylinder liner or the engine. Before that, the water blocking ring should be inspected on quality and it can not be used if it has improper size or it is hard and not elastic. During installation, users should ensure the water blocking ring keeps even tension on the whole circumference without distorting in the slot. The installed water blocking ring should be coated with suds or lubricating oil to prevent it from being cut when it is installed into the engine. When mounting the cylinder liner into the engine, users should put a piece of clean hard wooden plate with even thickness under the cylinder liner or knock it with clean wooden mallet uniformly so that the cylinder liner can enter the engine vertically, stably and tightly. The iron hammer is prohibited to knock on the cylinder kits directly.
2. For the dry or thick wall cylinder liner, users should inspect whether it has grouping marks on the outer circle before installation. If it has, users should confirm the group of the engine hole or measure its detailed size to choose the proper group of cylinder liner. For example, the cylinder liner the Chaochai diesel engine 102 is marked with S1, S2 and S3 on the outer circle to match with small, middle and large size of engine holes respectively. Before installation, the engine hole and the outer circle of the cylinder liner should be clean and kept dry without oil. Choose a piece of clean hard wooden plate with even thickness under the cylinder liner or knock it with specialized tool to press the cylinder into the engine vertically, stably and tightly. When it is hard to press, users should not mount it rudely. If necessary, especially it is in the state of interference fit between the cylinder liner and the engine, the cylinder liner should be put into the refrigerator and taken out after one hour.
